1.  Bookings
Appointment bookings can be made online or directly with Shelly via phone, text or email.

2.  Online Bookings
Hands 4 Health requires all online bookings to be paid in  full  for your treatment on  your appointment.I accept Same or Advanced Bookings.

In the event of a missed appointment (no show) or  a late cancellation/reschedule/amendment of less than 24 hours before your appointment time, will result in your payment card being charged in full.

3.  Payment Options
We accept Paypal  for online payments.  Or Cash on arrival.

4.  Missed Appointment (no shows), Cancellations, Rescheduled Appointments or Amendments
Working on my own means missed appointments and last minute cancellations has a huge impact on the business.   I do realise that at times it is unavoidable, however I would really appreciate you giving as much notice as possible and re-booking your appointment(s) as soon as you can.

Any appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in your payment card being charged in full. 

5.  Late Appointments
Delays are inevitable from time to time, please let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be late.  I will try my best to offer the full treatment, however, this may not be possible if I have another client directly after your appointment and therefore may need to be shortened.  If you are late the full treatment price will be charged regardless.

 7.  Confidentiality
Hands 4 Health does not pass your personal data on to any 3rd parties.  All details are kept strictly confidential.

*  Please pay by PayPal. Cash will be accepted if you are unable to pay by other means.
